No, it’s not Kabul, Afghanistan. It’s Pennell Institute. The MSAD 15-owned building houses Adult Education and Special Education offices, and also the Gray Historical Society. During the State Evaluation team’s site evaluation of Memorial and Russell Schools to determine whether SAD 15 is eligible for State money for a proposed renovation project, the team was "concerned that the SAD's commitment to maintaining its buildings is not evident."
