SAD 15 fires subcontracting company

Quality of service issues led to dismissal

Gray-New Gloucester—Four years ago MSAD #15 officials decide to subcontract after-school custodial services to an outside company. Instead of having to pay District employees wages and benefits, an outside service with its own employees comes in to the three elementary schools beginning at 4 p.m. and cleans them.
