Gray Nomination papers, Update:
The following terms are coming to an end. Nomination papers are available at the Gray Town Office. There are two seats available on the Gray Town Council: Susan Austin's and Richard Barter's terms expire in June. Austin is not running again. Barter is undecided. Mark Sanborn, David Knudsen, and Matt Sturgis have all taken out papers for the two Council seats, none have been returned yet.
There are two Gray seats for SAD#15 School Board: Anne Gass's and Sarah McCleary's. Neither Gass nor McCleary are running again. Tami Plummer, Dawn Bailey and Heather Skillings have taken out papers for the Gray seats on the School Board. Skillings has returned her papers.
There is one seat on the Gray Water District: Bruce Sawyer's term will expire in June. He is running again. Nomination papers must be delivered to the town clerk no later than April 25, 2003, with at least 25, but no more than 50, signatures of registered voters of the Town of Gray. New Gloucester Nomination papers
Selectmen Jim Giffune's Kevin Sullivan's term expire. Sullivan is running again. Giffune is undecided. There are two New Gloucester seats on the School Board that expire, Julie Ricardi's and James Hutchinson's. Neither are running again. Nomination papers will be available March 17 and must be returned to the town clerk by April 28 by 7 p.m.
Sacred Heart University Dean's List Includes Local Residents: Fairfield, Conn., March 17, 2003 - The Registrar's Office at Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Conn. has announced that 1,311 students, including Amanda Martin from Casco, made the Dean's List during the fall semester. In order to receive this honor, a student must achieve a 3.4 grade average, based on a 4.0 scale.
Paul Smith's College Annouces Dean's List: Paul Smiths, New York - Michael B King, son of Harry and Dale King from Raymond, ME was recently recognized by Paul Smith's College for attaining dean's list honors last semester. Mr. King is majoring in Paul Smith's Natural Resources: Environmental Science program, and earned 3.3 cumulative average or better to be named to the College's dean's list.
Paul Smith's College (PSC) is the only four-year college within the Adirondack Park of northern New York State.
