Zone Review By The Town Council
The
Gray Town Council will be reviewing their vision and
focus on the concepts for zoning changes throughout
the Town of Gray as part of the Comprehensive Plan.
The Monday, October 25 workshop will commence around
6:00 PM in Stimson Hall.
The Council will start their review within the Village
and then move to other zones during the course of
this workshop, discussing the current uses and zone
sizes and whether those should remain the same or
how those might change to better meet the long term
needs of this community in accordance with the guidance
of the Comprehensive Plan.
Residents are invited to attend the workshop to remain
aware of the Council's thoughts of the zones and monitor
the possible changes, if any are contemplated.
After the review and discussion by the Council, they
will begin development of the work tasks for the next
steps if needed. This is part of the Council's ongoing
efforts to review all zones within the Town in conjunction
with the Town's Comprehensive Plan.
