Notice of Budget Informational Hearing
The Town Council will hold a Budget Informational
Hearing on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at 7:00 PM at Stimson
Hall for written and oral comments from the public
about the proposed Fiscal Year 2005 Budget. Copies
of the proposed budget are available at the Town Office
and a summary is posted on the Town Web Site.

The Town of Gray is accepting bids for the replacement
of the Stimson Hall Stage Floor. The work requires
the removal of the existing flooring and stage nosing,
providing protection to the room below, supports to
the floor structure, install underlayment and installation
and finish of birch flooring (1 x 3). All work must
be completed no later than June 3, 2004. Bids must
be received by the Office of the Town Manager no later
than Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at 10:00 AM. The Town
of Gray retains the right to reject any and all bids
not deemed in the best interest of the Town.

New Gloucester Planning Board
The New Gloucester Planning Board will hold a public
hearing on a site plan application for the proposed
Thompson Bluegrass Festival on Gloucester Hill Road,
as requested by Michael Thompson.
The Public Hearing will take place on Tuesday, April
20th, 2004, at 7:30 p.m. at the New Gloucester Meeting
