Arsenic
and Old Lace comes to Windham Center Stage Theater
Come join in the comedy, murder, and mayhem as Leo
Lunser and his cast of accomplices bring this 1944
movie classic to life on stage at the Windham Center
Stage Theater (WCST).
Arsenic and Old Lace opens on Friday, May 21st
at 8pm and will run May 22, 23, 28, 29, 30, June 4,
5, and 6. Friday and Saturday shows are at 8pm, Sunday
shows are at 2pm.
Tickets are $10 for students and seniors, $12 for
adults and include dessert, juice, coffee or tea.

for the May 21 and 22 shows on a first come first
served basis.
Call for auditions
Richard Martin, Community Little Theatre Director
for "The Scarlet Pimpernel," is placing
an audition call for May 17 and 19 at 6:30 p.m. at
Lewiston Middle School, Central Ave. Auditioners should
please enter through the back door of the school.
The auditioner should choose a musical selection from
'Scarlet' or bring sheet music for selections from
other shows. Musical selections from 'Les Miserables'
or 'Phantom of the Opera' would be appropriate. If
the selection does not display the appropriate range
for the character of choice, the auditioner will be
asked to display that range by the musical or vocal
director.
Appropriate, comfortable, but not 'baggy' clothing
is required for the dance auditions. Women are requested
to wear pumps, heels or character shoes (no stilettos.)
Men should wear hard-soled shoes (no sneakers, sandals
or 'clunky' shoes.)
Men may be required to grow their hair, including
beards and moustaches. Women could be wearing corsets
during production.
Production dates are August 20-29. The musical will
be staged at the air-conditioned Lewiston Middle School
Auditorium, Central Ave. Additional information is
