The Monument of 1.29.04, I read about a 23%
of the Gray budget is surplus? This might not only
be illegal under Maine Law, but is a direct insult
and a slap in the face to ALL Gray Taxpayers. What
is going on here? Who do these people think they are?
Remember to vote these bums out of office people!
This money SHOULD be retuned to the Taxpayers Of Gray!
Of course failing that, perhaps the money could be
spent building that mysterious and constant false
promise of that By-pass?
