Obituaries

Beverly Enman
Richmond- Beverly Enman, 63, formerly of Gray, passed away suddenly at her home. She was the daughter of Earle and Cora Nason of Gray. She grew up and went to school there.

She worked for many years at the Etonic Shoe in Richmond.

She is survived by a son Danny Enman of Richmond and three sisters, Gertrude Harmon of Tamworth NH, Shirley Crowley of MA, Phyllis Corcoran of Gray and a sister-in-law Ellie Nason of North Yarmouth.
Burial will be in Gray Village Cemetery.

In memoriam
Portland- Rebecca Duncan Bruce, 82, died Friday March 26, 2004. Born in Vinalhaven, Maine the daughter of David and Mary Duncan. She attended Vinalhaven schools and then attended Cambridge School of Nursing for three years. From 1944 to 1967 she did her nursing in Vinalhaven and North Haven while assisting the island doctor. Later she worked at G. B.S.D. for twenty years before retiring. She was also a Red Cross Nurse. She is survived by her longtime companion James Sheldon Palmer of Portland. There will be no services at her request. Arrangements under the care of Wilson Funeral Home, Gray.
