Craft and Cookie Decorating time at the Library

 

Storytime and Crafts with Children's Librarian Kathy George, and Cookie decorating sponsored by the GNG Optimists at the Gray Public Library made for a busy and happy time at the Library last Saturday.

Did you know that the Gray-New Gloucester Optimist Club was chartered in 1991, currently have 20 members and are always looking for more? They meet the second Tuesday of each month at various locations. Their major projects include a Community Halloween Party, Thanksgiving Food Baskets, Adopt-a-Family program, Santa's Helper, Cookie Decorating Day and a Plant Sale. If you are interested in joining the Optimists or finding out more you can contact their president Diane Field at 926-4764.
