Caught at the Crossroads

Where is this?

Nancy Boisvert of West Gray got it first: the charming scene was snapped at Gray Center, the back building to the Morrill house, an 1830's Federal style home, now the home of Evelyn Morrill Durgin. It is located roughly across from the Puffin Stop.

Gray center is a traffic nightmare, but it is more than just traffic. There are wonderful historic homes, nicely landscaped areas, and appealing scenes such as this one with the wagon wheel placed against the painted clapboard and under the old window.

Look around, there is lots to see and enjoy as you come and go through Gray!
