Welcome Ava Irene Pinard! Born November 17, 2005 to Tamara Lee Pinard and Jeffery Pinard, both of 306 West Gray Rd., Gray, ME. Grandparents are Tom and Kathy Lee of Old Orchard Beach, ME, and Roland and Eileen Pinard of Lincoln, ME.

GNGHS Class of 2006 Project Graduation Update

This is a final reminder to parents of the senior class that commitment forms and deposits for the Project Graduation trip are due December 1st. If you didn't receive a form or have questions please stop by or call the main office.

Christmas trees and Frozen Custard

Hodgman's Frozen Custard and Royal River Riders fresh cut Christmas Trees will be sold again this year at the Frozen Custard Stand, Rt. 100, New Gloucester.

Hodgman's will be selling Frozen Custard in quarts only and the Royal River Riders, New Gloucester's local snowmobile club, will sell fresh trees that have been cut by club members. Hodgman's will also have "cut your own tree" available.

Sale dates: 1st weekend in December, the 3rd and 4th, and if supplies last, December 10 and 11 from 10-3.

Book Group members sought

The New Gloucester Public Library has 2 openings in our evening book group. This group is made up of 8 people and we meet the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm. We have refreshments and a nice time. This is open to anyone, regardless of residence. FMI please call the library at 926-4840 or email at vechaya@maine.rr.com.

Gray American Legion 15 Lewiston Road, Gray Monday, Nov 21, 6:30 p.m. Sealed Tickets, 4 Early Bird Games, 22 Turkeys, Food Concession, Smoke Free, Handicap Accessible.

Public Supper

Early Bird Supper Gray American Legion 15 Lewiston Road, Gray. Saturday, Nov. 19th, 6 p.m. Chicken Cordon Bleu, w/gravy baked haddock w/topping. Entertainment downstairs at 8 p.m. DJ/Karaoke, free to all members who pay their 2006 dues by November 19th. Legion, Auxiliary and Sal Guests are welcome at $10 per person.

G-NG Adult flu clinic

Tuesday, Nov. 22, from 2:30-4:30 at Gray-New Gloucester High School Cafeteria. Cost $20 without insurance. All are welcome.

Happy Hands Play Group

The group is open to the public and meets each Wednesday in the New Begin Center basement from 9:30 to 11 a.m.. The cost is 50 cents per child and covers the cost of a snack. Parents or caregivers are to remain with their children over the duration of the session. For more information, call Mike or Heather Maines at 657-4425. All are welcome!
