"Finding the Ecstatic You" is a Shamanic Retreat being held at the Sacred Oaks Cultural and Spiritual Center in Wells, Maine, on Saturday and Sunday, January 29th and 30th. The hours are from 8:30 to 10:00 on Saturday and 8:30 to 1:00 on Sunday. The facilitators are Peggy Woodcock of Gray and Eola Ball of Newcastle.

"Finding the Ecstatic You" is for men, women and teens who feel they want more in their lives or want to walk on this earth in a different way. In this retreat we will go on guided drum journeys to receive spirit guides, to let go of old attitudes, and to heal ourselves and the earth. We will discover our dreams and how to manifest them in this life. In ceremony we will work with the energies of the earth and the four elements of earth, water, fire and air to bring in the ecstatic joy of being alive and being at one with all things.

Please register by January 15th by sending a check made payable to either Eola or Peggy. For more information for "Finding the Ecstatic You", contact: Peggy Woodcock, Reiki Partners, 605 US Rt. 1, Suite 8, Scarborough, Maine 04074, e-mail reikipartners@yahoo.com 207-318-2184
