Sand for Seniors: Attention senior citizens! Are you tired of having to watch your footing as you walk from your house to your car this winter? We know that Maine winters can be very icy and that is why the Gray-New Gloucester High School Octagon Club is offering a free service that provides sand for any senior citizen who would like a safer walkway this winter. If you are interested in having a student sand your driveway/walkway, you can call Chelsea Goldstein-Walsh at 657-3428. Feel free to leave a message if no one is available and someone will get back to you shortly. One of our club members will come to your house as soon as possible with some sand for your slippery walk. We hope that this service helps to make this long winter a little easier!
