Sale / Car Wash, originally scheduled for Saturday,
July 23, 9-3. The event will be rescheduled to this
fall, date to be determined.

you're planning on throwing away? The Gray-New Gloucester
Patriot Football Program has begun its Ink Cartridge
(inkjet or laser) / Cell Phone Recycling Fundraiser
and we would love to collect yours! Please see our

cartridges and cell phones, or to arrange pick-up.
Contours Express, located in Gray Plaza, and the New
Gloucester News, located downstairs at the New Gloucester
Library, have also kindly allowed us to place a drop-box
at their facilities should you be in the area and
wish to drop yours off. This is an easy, environmentally
responsible way to help local kids by supporting a

Lake Association Annual Meeting
The Crystal Lake Association will hold its annual
meeting on Wednesday, July 27th at St Gregory's Parish
Hall. You are welcome to come at 6:30 p.m. to pay
dues, enjoy some lemonade and cookies, browse through
the displays or purchase a t-shirt. The business meeting
will begin at 7 p.m. We will have a member of the
Little Sebago Lake Association speak to us about the
milfoil situation in their lake and how they are dealing
with it. We will also hear from representatives from
the Royal River Youth Conservation Corps on their
progress with correcting erosion sites around Crystal
Lake. We will also have our regular business meeting
and election of officers. We hope you will all make
an effort to attend.

Pumping is recommended about every three years. The
discount is based on having 10 tanks pumped. If we

Vegetarian Food Festival on Saturday July 30th at
the State Street Church (159 State Street) in Portland
from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The festival will feature a
gourmet vegan lunch, live music, speakers, and vendors
selling products of special interest to vegetarians.
