Card of Thanks

Gray Parks and Recreation 2005 Annual Halloween Party:
This year's Halloween Party was a howling success due to the great weather and also due to the increasing popularity of the event, with this year's attendance estimated at near 400.

The success of this event is directly related to those that provide it. Without the volunteer help it wouldn't be what it is. The following volunteer groups and individuals are to be commended on a great job. Thank you, GNG Optimist/Octagon Members:

Jena Lafleur, Brian Grant, Sherri Emery, Lori Stebbins, Zach Field, Diane Field, Leah Beran, Stephanie Laughlin, Maggie Gerber, Emily Maguire, Chad Kelsey, Emily Licht, Dyana Healy, Augusta Hahnel, Rachel Drew, Cassie Robinson, Liza Sherlock, Ali Olmstead, Laura Drew, Maggie Enright, Nicole Marden, Brittany Humphrey and a special thanks to Cailin Monaghan for putting in that special effort. Thanks also to: GNG Lions Club, Gray American Legion, MSAD #15 Custodians, Megan Dehetre, Nick Bennett, Sam Bennett and Jen Danieli.

Special thanks are also in order for the following businesses that made donations. Art Of Stone, Bruns Bros., Pine Tree Network, Gray Physical Therapy, Dunn's Auto, Gray Chiropractic Center, Lifetime Auto Care and the Big Apple Store. With that extra support we were able to pass out more toys and small prizes than candy at the games booths. The parents expressed very positive feedback with this change.

Thanks, Dean Bennett, Gray Parks and Rec Director
