Letters to the Editor

To the Editor:

I want to thank Ms. Clark for the wonderful Christmas concert at the high school on the 15th! The chorus and band did an awesome job!
I was informed that back stage before the concert began, there were tears flowing. I don't know exactly what happened, but I feel the need to speak of the seemingly lack of respect by some of Ms. Clark's students.
Ms. Clark had a smile on during the entire program, she gave all the credit to the students and I am amazed at her composure. I know she has had to fill tall shoes since Mr. Foster has passed away, and I can understand loyalty for him from the students, however, he is not there anymore. As sad as it may be.

Mrs. Clark is deserving of the students respect. She teaches the students to love music and to strive to be the best they can be. I was disappointed the students did not show some form of 'Thank you' to her for the hard work and strength she has put into her role as music teacher for the Gray-NG High School.

If anyone deserves applauds for the performance during the concert it is not only the chorus and band members, but also Ms. Clark!
