SAD 15 Facilities Committee preparing bond
Wants to upgrade all schools

Gray-Members of the Facilities Committee, a sub-committee of the SAD 15 Board, met last Thursday to hear a report from PDT Architects regarding the status of the SAD 15 schools. The Facilities Committee also has formed a "Facilities Upgrade and Renovation Committee" whose charge is to create and implement a plan to determine the scope of work for facilities upgrade and renovations. That plan includes a bond which the committee hopes will go the voters in November. more

Gray, DOT officials met to discuss Gray traffic

Gray--Last Friday, Gray Town Manager Mitchell A. Berkowitz met with Department of Transportation officials in Stimson Hall to discuss various solutions that would modify the traffic in Gray Center. more

Wildlife Park funds returned
Joe Jones led effort to restore funds

Augusta--Rep. Susan Austin (R-Gray) reported Tuesday that the funds removed from the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife dedicated to the Maine Wildlife Park in Gray have been restored. more
