Gray resident Bill Getz, to the SAD 15, Gray, and New Gloucester leaders at a meeting where the town and school budgets were under discussion. The Leaders had been talking about 0% increase budgets, 3% increase or 5% increased budgets. Mr. Getz said he would rather see them discuss service and quality rather than percentages.
