PDT Architect Lyndon Keck, on his assessment of Russell School in Gray. The firm was hired by SAD 15 (Gray-New Gloucester) to assess the buildings and prepare an application for a revolving renovations fund to help fix the neediest portions of the five SAD 15 schools.
