Audubon to Host Pre-Valentine's Day Show
of Local Artist's Jewelry
Falmouth -- February 3, 2006, From 4-10 p.m. on Friday,
February 10 at Gilsland Farm Audubon Center in Falmouth,
Maine Audubon will host a show of jewelry made by
Portland artist Willa Worth.
Worth's silver bracelets, earrings, and pendants depict
bold, organic shapes inspired by the sky and coastal
Maine. All items will be for sale.
Refreshments will be served. The show is free. For

Bag Theater Returns To The Theater Project
Brunswick--The
Theater Project will be offering their "Brown
Bag Theater" series again during the February
school break. "Brown Bag Theater" will run
from 9 to 12 on February 21, 22 and 23. Young actors
may sign up for all three days or one or two. The
class is $30 a day, or $75 for all three days. Interested
actors must register by February 17. For information

A
Unique Workshop for Actors, Directors and Teachers
"The Keys to Shakespeare," an intensive
workshop for actors, directors, teachers, and anyone
with an interest in Shakespeare, is scheduled at the
Actor's Workshop in Boston, MA, on Saturday, March
4. The workshop is sponsored by New England Shakespeare
Festival. The cost for the full-day Saturday workshop
is $125. Seating is limited and registration is required.

Ponte Quartet at USM
Maine's
popular DaPonte String Quartet will be adding Corthel
Hall at the University of Southern Maine in Gorham
to its concert venues for the last to concerts of
the season. The performances will take place on March
30 and May 18. Both concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets
are not sold in advance; admission at the door at
the time of the performances is $18; seniors are $15,
and we invite anyone 21 and under to attend free of
charge.

Auditions
for Actors, Singers, and Musicians for Lewiston/Auburn's
Newest Live Theatre Company
Lewiston,
ME, September 28, 2005 - King's Bridge Theatre, Lewiston/Auburn's
newest live theatre company, announces auditions for
their premiere 2006 season. Auditions will be held
Saturday, October 22nd from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., at the
Lithu Hall, 2nd floor, 387 Lisbon St. in downtown
Lewiston. Since this is KBT's inaugural season, these
initial auditions are designed to create a casting
base of Maine performers that the company will draw
from on a per show basis. Anyone 10 and over, and
all ethnicities and types are invited to attend.
Those auditioning should prepare a one-minute comedy
or serious monologue, and, if a singer, a one-minute
vocal selection as well. (Please bring sheet music
with you, as an accompanist will be provided.) If
a musical instrument is played, a one-minute selection
should be prepared. All those auditioning must schedule
an audition time in advance, and bring a headshot
(or clear photograph) and résumé to
