At the January 17 Gray Town Council meeting, with 40 people of all ages milling around and while television cameras were rolling, St. Joseph's College Interim Dean of Graduate & Professional Studies, Gray Public Library Association President and Gray Business Association Board member Lynn Olson, while being interviewed by Ann Kim of the Press Herald, makes an obscene gesture.
