of Thanks:
Letter
to the friends in Gray
I
would like to take this opportunity to thank the many
people in town who call, sent cards and well wishes
to Bill (Dumpster Bill). His bypass surgery went well
as is his recovery. He is up and about and getting
stronger every day. We have a great community here
and we apprecieate the support we get from everyone.
It is great to see people put their politics aside
for the benefit of the human kindness. Thank you all
again for your well wishes.

Complete 5 Mile Journey For Sight
On
Saturday, June 17th, the GNG Lions held the annual
Journey for Sight fundraising walk. This walk raises
money for a variety of Lion programs from furnishing
eyeglasses to helping provide service dogs; from local
scholarships to participation in international programs
to preserve and restore sight. We cannot say enough
about the tremendous support received from local businesses
and individuals each and every year. It is this support
that makes the Gray/New Gloucester community a great
place to live and a great place to be a Lion.
Our
heartfelt thanks go out to the following contributors:
McCann Fabrication, The Collision Center, Bruns Brothers,
Hodgman's Frozen Custard, Whitney Tree Service, Busy
Bee Restaurant, Enercon, Cloutier's Market, Pemberton's
